Some of the worst sun burn tans I have ever seen.
A lot of fake suntans and patterns made with the artistic use of sunscreen. Yes, some are rally dumb, but not real, possible even photo-editing work.
I think the funniest one so far is number three (the dude who looks like he has a bra on)
